It would be awesome, if you'd print out my logo - e.g. on a piece of paper, cardboard or a banner - and take it with you on a skydive, into the wind tunnel, on top of the mountain, to the beach, to a festival or on a bike tour and either take a picture or film it. Your pictures or video clips would let me "take part" in your activities and I could post them in my Facebook profile and my blog. Can't wait to see what you come up with this year !

Saturday I got to take part in the 7. MMD-DonateRun at the OaseWeil (www.oaseweil.de). Besides many dedicated runners there were also celebrities present. The soccer player Cacau was there with his family and also the comedian Christoph Sonntag. I was especially thrilled by meeting and talking to Samuel Koch (www.samuel-koch.com) and being permitted to take a picture with him. As you can see by Samuel's exhausted look and my red face, it was a long, hot day.

My physiotherapist and dear friend Carsten (www.physio-tuttas.de) and his lovely family made sure each and every one of my needs was taken care of, so that I could relax and enjoy the day. I thank you very much!
